Dokuz Eylül University – Multiplier Event 1
Dokuz Eylül University organized two multiplier events as part of the Empower Digi Teach project to disseminate the intellectual outputs developed throughout the project and to raise awareness about digital transformation in education. These events were designed to introduce teachers and educational stakeholders to the Learning Management System (LMS), gamified learning modules, podcasts, micro-credentials, and the Teacher Guidebook developed within the project framework. The first event was held on April 24, 2025, at the Faculty of Education and brought together 200 participants, including teachers, school principals, pre-service teachers, and academics, with 135 attendees from outside the host institution.

Dokuz Eylül University – Multiplier Event 2
The second event, held on June 14, 2025, at Dokuz Eylül University 75. Yıl Private Primary and Secondary School, hosted 54 in-service teachers from early childhood, primary, and secondary education backgrounds.
The Digital Competency Conference, held at the Dokuz Eylül University 75th Year Educational Institutions Conference Hall, began with a presentation of project outcomes aimed at strengthening teachers’ digital skills. Following the conference, workshops on “Podcast Use in Education” and “Preparing Visual Content” were held with participating teachers from various disciplines.

Kastamonu University- Multiplier Event
The EmpowerDigiTeach project multiplier event held on Kastamonu University at Faculty of Education in May, 8th 2025, aimed to share and disseminate Intellectual Outputs developed and activities performed in the project. To maximise the dissemination potential, the event was organized when Intellectual Outputs were completed. This multiplier event was planned, organized and executed by team members of Kastamonu University with support and contribution of the leading partner, Dokuz Eylül University.
The total number of participants has reached to 98. The profiles of participants include but not limited to early childhood teachers, elementary teachers, middle and high school teachers from various subject areas, special education teachers, school administrators and preservice teachers from various subject areas.

UMinho – Multiplier Event
The multiplier events of the Empower Digi Teach project were held on May 3rd, 5th, and 13th in Maia, Portugal, organized by UMinho. The events were conducted separately to accommodate teachers’ individual availability. This strategy allowed the UMinho team to engage with teachers in a more detailed and personalized manner, gaining deeper insights into their understanding and reflections on the project. CPIP – Multiplier Event
The conference took place on May 5, 2025 in Timisoara, Romania, being organized by CPIP within the EmpowerDigiTeach project. It brought together 84 teachers, students and stakeholders. The event started with an overview of digital transformation in education.
At the conference, CPIP shared the key intellectual outputs that were essential for the EmpowerDigiTeach project, providing valuable insights into the development and effectiveness of the resources introduced. These results included the learning management system (LMS), gamification tools, and the results of the pilot study.

UOC- Multiplier Events
The multiplier event of the Empower Digi Teach project was held on March 10, 2025, at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC) headquarters in Barcelona, organized by the UOC team with contributions from Silvia Alcaraz, Iria Balayo, Amir Narimani, and Abel Tomé Piñeiro. The main objective of the event was to disseminate the intellectual outputs of the project and raise awareness on the integration of digital technologies into education. To maximize dissemination opportunities, a second multiplier event was organized on March 25, 2025, at Colegio María Assumpta in Noia (A Coruña), again with the contribution of Iria Balayo as speaker, supported by the same research team. This second event was planned to reach educators in the north of Spain who could not attend the Barcelona event, while maintaining consistency in content and methodology. Both multiplier events aimed to share the project’s findings, showcase the developed tools and methodologies, and engage with a broader educational community beyond the immediate project partners. They fostered the exchange of experiences and ideas on developing teachers’ digital competence through the lens of gamified learning.
